Environmental exposures can alter metabolic state and tissue function long before disease becomes clinically apparent. We study selected phytochemicals as defined components of the exposome and ask how they influence cellular stress responses, metabolism and muscle repair.

Current studies use the identifier phytochemical K01. Its chemical identity, mechanistic claims and development details are not disclosed while intellectual-property work is in progress.
